Local power consultancy expands operations in response to market demand

Leading power consultants and energy management company, N-ERGY, has relocated to new, larger premises in Wetherby, following a significant client win, as it continues to grow and support the power generation market.

Launched in 2014, N-ERGY is emerging as a global leader in power consultancy and energy management, working with companies in the UK as well as overseas.

Fast forward three years and N-ERGY is already making waves in the sector, with a forecast to triple its revenue to £1.5million in the next financial year.

This growth is attributed to an increase in activity in the servicing and maintenance of gas engine reciprocating generators, and securing consultancy projects to design, engineer, project manage and deliver 160MW of STOR for a UK based developer.

Founded and headed up by specialist power project consultant, David Bowman, N-ERGY boasts a team of highly skilled professionals from across the renewables, mechanical engineering and maintenance sectors.

Previously based at Highcliffe Court in Wetherby, the business has moved across town and trebled its office footprint by establishing a new 1,200sqm base at Equinox 3 on Audby Lane, and is in the process of recruiting to further strengthen its team, in response to the growing demand for its services.

Managing director of N-ERGY, David Bowman, said: “We work with organisations and operators from across the industry, which means we are uniquely placed to consult and advise on all aspects of an energy project, from business planning through to client handover.

“The new office move will help to underpin our recent progress as a business, and represents the start of a new and exciting chapter in our history.”

N-ERGY is a specialist provider of services to the power generation sector, covering Power Solutions and Maintenance Solutions from servicing, maintenance and repair services.
