STEFANIE HOPKINS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 15 years’ PR and marketing experience, German-born Stefanie Hopkins is a modern languages graduate who’s worked with everyone from Noel Edmunds and Mr Blobby (a right diva, apparently!) and TV’s Jonathan Ross.

Setting up faith PR in Brighouse back in 2007, Stefanie has worked tirelessly to grow the agency into the award-winning business it is today.

As managing director, her role is vastly varied and always busy! If she’s not creating and developing PR and communications strategies, she’s leading the team on client campaigns, ensuring the agency is delivering ROI and helping to raise a brand’s profile through whichever communications channel necessary, be it media relations, social media, internal communication or online content.

As MD, her role also includes steering the agency’s growth; understanding the situations the business faces and identifying the opportunities (or risks) that those situations present.

Prior to launching faith PR, Stefanie worked at McCann Erikson Leeds for Bentley Motors, before beginning her role at full-service agency JDA, alongside her now-husband, experienced marketing professional, Carl. She has worked on brands including Asda and Dulux, an anti-DVD piracy campaign for a consortium of film studios and high street retailers, FACT (Federation Against Copyright Theft), Eaglemoss Publications, and Tomlinsons Antiques.

She’s also spent some time living abroad, working as a waitress (although not in a cocktail bar!) in Tenerife, alongside a job teaching English, while also spending time in France (Tarbes, Biarritz and Avignon).

Today, she manages to be mum to two small children (who she is bringing up bi-lingually) while successfully running Faith PR. Fluent in German, Spanish, French (and English, of course), Stefanie brings her language experience and expertise in both PR and communications to the business.

Alongside Faith PR Stefanie sits on the Kirklees and Calderdale Charity Lunch Committee (KACCL), which fundraises to support young children and adults in the area. She’s also a member of the Mid Yorkshire Chamber Calderdale Local Board.

In her spare time she runs half marathons as a way of switching off (yes, really!)

Stefanie has faith in: running and faith PR, of course!
